There are buses from all over Thailand that travel to Pattaya. From any of these bus stations in Pattaya you will find transportation to the Bali Hai Pier and it is easly to obtain. If you are a group traveling together you may want to hire your own songtaow or taxi. Many of the bus stations have songtaows for individual people that will drop each person at their requested destinations such as Bali Hai pier for about 50 Baht each.
